You place it on one spot, start it low, and let it sit. Nothing to hold, no technique to learn.

How to use it

Place it on an area you can reach and see comfortably. Start at the lowest heat and lowest suction. If it still feels comfortable after a minute, move up one level. Stay in one spot rather than moving it around.

Use it on the upper shoulder, upper back, upper arm or thigh.

Do not use it on your face, your neck, your throat, or anywhere the skin is broken, irritated, sunburned, numb or recently injured. Talk to a clinician first if you are pregnant, take blood thinners, or have heart, bleeding, clotting, skin or seizure conditions, or an implanted medical device.

What it feels like

Steady warmth with a firm pull. Cupping can leave temporary round marks — these are normal, they fade on their own, and they are not a sign that it is working or that anything has been drawn out of you. Stop if you feel pain, burning, numbness, dizziness, or if the skin blisters.

Specifications

Model DS-A23 · Black · 3.5 × 3.5 × 3.1 in (90 × 90 × 78 mm) · 13.4 oz (380 g)

Rechargeable, USB-C (5V/2A) · 5W

Suction — 12 levels, steady or pulsing.
