Here's exactly how returns and the warranty work, before you buy.

60 days to decide

• You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to decide whether the Reset Cup is right for you.
• You can use it. Trying it on real evenings is the point.
• There's no restocking fee.

Return shipping

• If your device arrived defective, return shipping is on us.
• Otherwise, return postage is paid by you.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
3. Once your return arrives, we refund the original payment method within [X] business days.

What we ask

Please send the device back with its cup and everything that came in the box. [Confirm any condition requirements, such as whether the original packaging is needed.]

12-month warranty

The Reset Cup is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If it stops working because of a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll [replace it or refund you — confirm which], with return shipping on us.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, such as drops or liquid, or damage from misuse.

Delivery

Orders are delivered in 5–8 business days.
