1. About these terms
Trading as SENTWÂY ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting sentway.ca or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.
3. Products and information
We try to describe our products accurately and we publish only figures we can substantiate. Screens display colour differently, so the product may not look exactly as it does on your device. We may change products, specifications or prices at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a product will be available.
4. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may be converted by your bank or card issuer at their own rate. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including after a confirmation email, for reasons including pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, resale, or quantities we judge unreasonable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. We don't store your card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to your address. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
For international orders, you are the importer of record and responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges.
7. Safe and intended use
The Reset Cup is a personal care device for general comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice.
Read the instructions and the First-Use Guide before you use it. Start on the lowest heat and suction settings. Use it only on the areas we identify as suitable, and never on your face, the front of your neck, your throat, or on skin that is broken, irritated, sunburned, numb or recently injured.
Speak to a qualified clinician before using it if you are pregnant, take blood thinners, or have any heart, bleeding, clotting, skin or seizure condition, reduced skin sensation, or an implanted medical device. Keep it away from children.
Stop using it immediately if you experience pain, burning, numbness, dizziness or blistering.
Cupping can leave temporary round marks. This is normal and expected, and is not an indication of effectiveness.
You use the product at your own risk and you are responsible for using it as instructed.
8. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Our content
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and the SENTWÂY name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Your conduct
Don't use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or submit anything false, abusive or infringing. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.
11. Other sites
We may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content or their practices.
12. Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Except as set out in these terms, our Refund Policy, and any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of this site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.
16. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [PROVINCE] and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in this clause removes any protection available to you under the consumer protection law of the place where you live.
